Discover Scuba Diving

Have you ever wondered what it is like to breathe underwater?  Discover Scuba will let you try scuba to see if you like it.  If you are not quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba is for you!  

Blue Aquatics Divers offers this experience daily in the crystal clear shallow waters right off the beach with one of our experienced PADI instructors.  While not an actual scuba certification, during your Discover Scuba Diving experience you'll learn how to use scuba equipment while enjoying a quick and easy introduction to what it's like to explore the underwater world.  

Get ready to:     

• Go over the scuba equipment you use to dive and how easy it is to move around underwater with your gear.
• Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater. 
• Learn key skills that you’ll use during every scuba dive.
• Have fun swimming around and exploring as you complete an open water dive.
• Hear about becoming a certified diver through the PADI Open Water Diver course.

All the equipment you need is included, but if you have your own mask, fins and snorkel feel free to bring them.

All our Discover Scuba Diving experiences are scheduled around your schedule to maximize your time on Cozumel.

• Be at least 10 years old
• Complete a PADI Medical Statement. 

When you choose to continue to the PADI Open Water Course we will credit you the price of the Discover Scuba Diving experience towards your Open Water certification! Plus you receive credit for the first confined water and open water dive!
